About Us/Me

“We must let go of the life we have planned, so as to accept the one that is waiting for us.” — Joseph Campbell

We learned this a long time ago.  Lior and I dated while living on different continents. We did the long distance; I made the sacrifice to uproot myself to be with him.  Several years later, he made that same sacrifice, he left his family to live in the United States.  I asked him, how he feels about leaving.  He responded that home is wherever we are.  When we married ten years ago we believed we would have a family the "natural" way.  When that didn't go as planned, we opened ourselves up to the idea of adoption.  Finding Choice Network was such a blessing.  The dedicated and loving staff helped guide us through this unfamiliar and emotional process.  We now have an amazing, happy, and loveable three-year-old.  Our family of three is eager and ready to open our hearts to another family member.  We have an open relationship with our daughter's birthmother.  As a partnership, we are and will continue to teach our daughter who she is and what special life story she carries with her.  We are reminded each day how lucky we are to accept the life that is waiting instead of planned for us because that is how our family was made.

About You

We commend you for making such a difficult yet courageous decision in order to ensure a certain future for the baby.  This process is not an easy one, especially on your end.  Our family would like to be the loving support you need to ease your worries about this child's future.  It will be filled with love, strength, family, education, happiness, and you.  We hope to have an open relationship but will respect your choice whatever it is.  Either way, this child will grow up knowing who s/he is and that your decision was made from love.  Most importantly, this child will definitely have the cutest older sister ever!  :)
